Specialised Fixing Cleats from Rondo Building Services

TOP HAT CLEATS

To complement the wide range of standard Top Hat profiles, Rondo produces now offers a range of specialised Fixing Cleats to suit both our 50 & 75mm wide top hats.

These cleats enable fixing to structural steel or masonry/concrete substrates as well as to steel stud framing and allow adjustment to plumb and level.

They are available in 2 depths of 35 & 55mm and are manufactured from 1.9 bmt G2 Z275 Bluescope steel.

These images show basic fixing details for both the cleats and the attaching of the Top Hat profiles.
