Innovative pleated insect screen designed for bi-fold doors, French doors, stacker doors, and more from National Screens

Our revolutionary retractable insect screen uses pleated insect mesh and is unlike any retractable screen system previously available. The screen is operated by a unique wire tensioning system that is easy to operate and allows users to gently open the screen to any position without the need of a braking system.

The reinforced pleated mesh is kept in position with special retention clips and sill-tracking guide that stops the mesh from blowing out in windy conditions. There are no channels at the sill to trip over. The pleated mesh is retained at the sill in a patented retractable guide that disappears inside the door stile when the screen is opened leaving a virtually unimpeded pathway through the opening. The system has a building in tolerance of +/- 15mm can be installed in under an hour.
