Electric door strikes by ID-ME

The DBS284 electric door strike has been designed for both standard key in knob or selected mortice locks with a tongue size no greater than 27mm in height (this allows for some door or frame fluctuation). The unit may be fitted to internal doors as part of an apartment intercom system or as a door release for an access control panel. The DBS284 has a continuously rated coil which may be powered by either 12v AC or DC current.

The DBS284's 11mm extension lip allows the unit to be recessed back into the frame, allowing a more secure fitting without reducing the structural integrity of the door frame. The DBS284 also features a rounded keeper plate which allows the lock tongue easy entry into the strike.
