AAA Sexy Floors Finalist in HIA GreenSmart Awards

Sexy Floors is proud to announce they're finalists in the HIA GreenSmart Awards under the category of 'Product of the Year'. The annual GreenSmart Awards is Australia's original and longest running Awards dedicated to recognising excellent in environmentally responsible home design, construction and renovation. The Award ceremony will be held in Melbourne on 15 October 2010.

These Awards are product based, which means we're up against the best and most innovative environmentally friendly building products in Australia. Last years' finalists ranged from Energy & Water monitoring, to energy efficient white good appliances, to solar panels and Eco Bricks. If last years' nominations are anything to go by, we're up against some stiff competition and we love it!

It's never been more important to think about how and why we do things and what impact it has on ourselves, our customers and the environment. Sexy Floors have always been proud of being innovators and market leaders and this nomination has catapulted us into a new league. After starting our family business in 2000, we never dreamed our business would grow so big and be playing with the 'big kids'. And to be thought of an environmentally responsible company means a lot to us.

This HIA GreenSmart Award nomination is in addition to our Award from Flooring Magazine for the Most Innovative Product of 2007. We're constantly getting better, thinking outside the box and developing new floors and ways to get the word out there.
