Set out over three levels, an uninterrupted line leads escalators from the entrance to a rooftop garden and restaurant. This new design concept revolutionized the traditional workspace by opening up the floor plan. Featuring norament 925, nora® created a new shade of green specifically for this project, which became known as 'Ipswich Green'. The flooring installation contains 95,000 square feet of nora® rubber, and continues to be striking - exceeding all performance requirements. In fact, when renovations were carried out in 1998, it was decided the flooring installation of nora® would continue to be used, based on the installation's proven twenty two year record of high performance and wear-resistant capabilities. nora® is used today in many high profile architectural landmarks all around the world.
