The TPS13BB Buck Boost converter from is the ideal product when the voltage at the field device is either too high or too low. Developed to provide a regulated 11-16 Volts DC output (adjustable), where input voltage ranges from 10 to 36 Volts DC, the TPSBB13 Buck Boost Converter is the answer.

If input voltage is either too high or too low at your equipment, the TPSBB13 can automatically buck (decrease) or boost (increase) the voltage to meet the device's requirements.

There is no effect on the output during the transition from buck to boost (or vica-versa). This module also features an on-board battery charging facility when the output is adjusted to 13.8 Volts DC.
