In 1982, after a year of wear-testing among 10 rubber flooring manufacturers, Endura's gray round profile rubber floor tile was chosen to go over the concrete flooring. Over 750,000 square feet of Endura rubber floor tile and Endura blue Flecksibles pattern stair treads were installed in all of the stadium's concourses, concession areas and restrooms.

Even after more than 15 years, random testing by city safety engineers has shown that Endura has lost none of its slip-resistant properties.

With its built-in, self-resurfacing wax, Anaheim Stadium maintenance personnel haven't had to use any special waxes or coatings and simply clean Endura after each event with automatic floor scrubbers. Most other rubber flooring requires waxing or top-coating to remain clean and to maintain luster.

As for other benefits, Anaheim's risk management department determined that Endura paid for itself (installed cost) under 2-1/2 years due to reduced liability and maintenance costs. Its resilient surface has reduced noise levels by over 50%.

In Australia Endura's textures have been tested to have R10 slip ratings. They comply with fire and smoke to BCA codes.

Red Cross in Melbourne had 300m2 of Endura installed this year, Myer 200m2 and Chisholm Institute 200m2 in 2010. After nearly a year or more, the floors still look as good as new and are so easy to maintain.
