New Corinthian Door range set to transform the way homeowners look at their front entry and internal doors

Celebrating 70 years in business in 2012, Corinthian Doors has released its most exciting new range of entry and internal doors yet that will definitely have homeowners talking and change the way they look at doors in their homes.

The new range is featured in a high gloss catalogue that can be viewed and downloaded at www.doors.com.au and according to JELD-WEN Australia's Senior Vice President of Door Businesses, Alan Bruce, the collection confirms Corinthian's market leading position with a range that is unmatched in terms of the variety of styles and finishes.

"We pride ourselves on being the first choice with homeowners and know this new range puts the wow factor into doors and will see homeowners view their doors in a completely new way rather than simply just walking through them. We've designed a range that includes a mix of doors to match every style and taste and we're definitely pushing the boundaries of how some homeowners might traditionally perceive doors so they can make a real design statement right across their home," said Mr Bruce.

Current interior and exterior trends for homes are seeing finishes that are a mix and match of variety and texture influenced by what has traditionally been more commercial finishes that you would see in cafes, hotels and offices.

Recognising this, Corinthian is excited to introduce the Aurora range of internal doors. Featuring a bold new finish which has not been seen in Australia before, the doors have a high pressure laminate skin that provides a high end gloss finish and is available in a wide variety of colours and patterns that can be colour matched to cabinetry to create a real design theme and feature in the home.

Also new in the internal range is a series of European influenced light and dark timber veneer options that can be featured as a statement or used throughout the home to create a more contemporary look. The ever popular Madison and Slimlite designs have been updated to include the use of a light oak with a horizontal grain veneer presenting a timeless elegance.

Glass is an increasingly popular option for homeowners in many applications across the home and here too, Corinthian has opted to use glazing in new and different ways with the Bhava internal semi frameless doors, a true door innovation featuring no top or bottom rail.

In entry doors, wider style pivot entry doors have become increasingly popular in new homes and Corinthian has added some beautiful new additions to the existing pivot range to suit a wider design palette, giving more choice than ever seen before in wide style doors. Shiplap is a new range which features western red cedar in a contemporary Shiplap finish while the Infusion entry and internal ranges bring together beautiful veneers with metal inlay contrasts in a primed finish.

Corinthian has not forgotten about homeowners who live in bushfire zones either incorporating products that are Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) certified with specific door designs in the new range that are rated from BAL 12.5 to BAL 40.
