NEWS ARTICLE ARCHIVESRandom Porphyry Tiles on Langwarrin Residence by Italian Porphyry![]() This project is at the entrance of private House located in Langwarrin (Melbourne). We installed 80 M2 of Random Porphyry Tiles (min Diagonal 250mm by 40/60mm thick) in a mosaic pattern. As a border for the circular driveway we had exposed aggregate with a sand color finish. For the front veranda we used Split Tiles 200mm wide (running lengths) 40/60mm thick. Random and Split Tiles were laid on top of a 100 mm thick concrete slab, recessed by the concreters laying the exposed aggregate, using a mix of 4 parts of river sand to 1 of GP Cement then grouted with a mix of 4 parts of washed sand to1 part of Builders Cement (to achieve a light grey color. |
