Dux Hot Water Airoheat water heater - Australia's most awarded environmental water heater

Australian hot water manufacturer - Dux Hot Water, continues to garner awards for its revolutionary Airoheat® heat pump, after winning the highly coveted Environment and Heritage Award at the Engineering Excellence Awards held last Friday in Sydney.

Dux's Airoheat® is now recognised by the community as Australia's most environmental water heater, following its recent winning streak of environmental awards.

The Airoheat's win of the Environment & Heritage Award at the Engineering Excellence Awards is attributed to its ability to achieve sustainable targets and remediate environmental damage - as recognised through Dux's ground-breaking design and high standard of engineering.

Airoheat® took out the major award after impressing judges with its ability to effectively reduce the amount of energy required to heat water by up to 70 per cent.

Howard Lloyd, Marketing Manager for Dux Hot Water said the Airoheat® demonstrates outstanding engineering merit, which contributed to its win at these awards."In engineering terms, the design of the Airoheat is an accomplishment that we are extremely proud of at Dux. Prior to its Environment & Heritage Award win at the Engineering Excellence Awards, Dux's Airoheat® added several other impressive environmental award wins to its name for 2008.

The industrial design community and Standards Australia awarded the Airoheat® with an Australian International Design Mark in May, while August saw the Airoheat® win the Environmental Product of the Year Award at the Queensland Plumbing Industry Awards.
