The La Escandella Guarantees:

La Escandella guarantees that Ceramica La Escandella terracotta tiles will remain structurally sound for 35 years.

During this time, your tiles will:

• Remain uneffected by salt.
• Not leak and become porus.
• Remain free of fading.
• Not crack, split or corrode due to manufacturing.

If your Ceramica La Escandella tiles fail to meet any of these standards, La Escandella Pty Ltd will at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective tiles. We will supply equivalent tiles or pay for their repair , replacement or substitution.

This guarantee does not cover matters beyond the control of La Escandella such as:

• Installations of Ceramica La Escandella tiles by other tradespeople that do not comply with Standard AS2050
• Any damage caused to the tiles by people walking on the roof, acts of nature, falling objects, air pollution, or by the tiles being treated with the wrong chemicals, cleaners or coatings.

Ceramica La Escandella will endeavour to supply tiles similar to or as near as possible to the originals. There may be some slight variation in colour from batch to batch, this is due to the raw materials used.

Labour

La Escandella Pty Ltd also offer a 10 year 24/7 guarantee on roofs installed by our highly qualified tradesmen. This does not cover damage caused after the completion of the roof. Such as the damage listed above.
