Printing

Scaffad technology boasts some of the most advanced printers available in the world to produce high resolution images to display up to 720 dpi (apparent). Shutter controls light exposure, delaying the curing process to produce glossier prints, while UV curable pigmented inks achieves a wider colour gamat, smoother colour transitions and greater vibrancy. A robust media loading and a heavy duty frame, enables us to print directly onto a wide range of roll fed media., including polyethylene, mesh, vinyl, Tyvek, and Yuppo, up to 5m wide. Even the most discerning clients are blown away by the brilliant, photo- realistic images and vivid full colour graphics we produce.

Banner Materials

Scaffad offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor banners, custom made at any size to suit any purpose. Solid vinyl and mesh banners are reinforced along the edgings with seat belt material and metal eyelets to be securely affixed to any type of structure by using a variety of techniques. The mesh material meets all Australian OH&S requirements for use on construction sites as it allows wind and light to pass through however is still tougher the most mesh materials commonly used on scaffolding. All Scaffad outdoor banners are printed with specially formulated UV inks which are designed to be waterproof and fade resistant for up to 3 years. We also provide an anti graffiti film which allows you to clean off any graffiti quick and easily.
