WebFM releases Defects module for OMTrak the web manual creator

WebFM have just released our new Defects module for OMTrak (our web solution for creating operations and maintenance manuals). The defects module has two distinct functions. Firstly it allows builders, users, consultants and others to record defects and assign them to be fixed. Secondly it allows the maintenance services to be recorded and tracked during the defects liability period.

The system is simple and easy to use and can be accessed via OMTrak. Pictures and documents can be uploaded and attached to records.

The need to manage and record defects can begin at the commencement of construction, OMTrak now integrates defects management and O&M Manuals to support the progressive and timely completion of your project.

The new defects module allows a log of all defects, actions and maintenance records for the project (including for the defects liability period) to be produced and handed over in an electronic format.
