Parchem Construction Supplies introduces Cemtop GP Advanced - the latest innovation in cementitious floor underlay levelling mortars.

Cemtop GP Advanced has been specifically designed with the applicator in mind, with characteristics such as enhanced flow, flow retention and a wet edge for up to 20mins at 20°C from mixing, ensuring fast and easy application.

Designed as a heavy duty underlay Cemtop GP Advanced forms a smooth, hard surface and can be used under a variety of floor finishes including carpet and ceramic tiles. Cemtop GP Advanced has an application thickness of 2mm-50mm without the addition of aggregate. This high performance formula can be used in residential, commercial and light industrial applications and is suitable for both new construction and refurbishment projects.

Rapid curing and hardening of Cemtop GP Advanced permits speedy access for foot traffic within 4 hours and 24 hours for overlay from the time of application (based on 10mm thickness at 23°C).

Cemtop GP Advanced can be installed by a continuous mixer pump or by hand. This one pack product, applied by pump eliminates on-site batching and ensures consistency of mixed product.
