2012 Award for Business Excellence Winners from Pacific Hoists

Pacific Hoists is very proud to announce that they are the winners of the 2012 Western Sydney Award for Business Excellence in Manufacturing. For more than twenty years these awards have showcased dynamic small, medium and large businesses from across Sydney's Greater West and beyond; giving recognition to businesses that strive for excellence and have achieved sustained growth as a result.

The award was presented to Pacific Hoists' CEO and Chairman Richard Crake during the Awards Gala Presentation Night held at the WatervieW Bicentennial Park on Thursday 11th October 2012.

Business Excellence for Pacific Hoists translates into the use of the latest state-of-the-art technology in regards to Corporate Governance Risk systems, online sales and customer management programs using iPhone and iPads and unique website capabilities such as Live Chat and downloadable product information through QR codes.

These technologies create additional value to the Pacific Hoists products and help the Sales and Customer Service team to provide quality and prompt responses to the market.

Latest technology is important to Pacific Hoists however, it does not take away the main pillar of the company and that is its people. This family business has been successful for over 35 years and the sales, warehouse, technical and customer service staff are there every day to put the excellence into the business.

This year, for the first time, all winners of the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence will automatically be entered in the NSW State Awards. "It is a great honour and reward after all the hard work we put into expanding our systems, adding more value to our products and improving our service. I am extremely proud of our company and especially of the people who are Pacific Hoists. We are looking forward to the NSW State Awards", Crake said.
