UV Stable Waterproof Membrane from Durotech Industries

Project Brief:
Various roof areas of the hotel needed a trafficable, UV stable, waterproof membrane that would be suitable for light maintenance traffic.

Solution:
The concrete deck was firstly primed with Duromix™ WBE and then the first coat of Duroproof™ 5001, followed by Duroproof™ 6001 AL, into which an aggregate of sand had been broadcasted. Finally top coat with Duroproof™ 6001 AL.

About the products used:
Duromix™WBE is a 2 part waterbased epoxy used to prime external surfaces. Duroproof™ 5001/6001 system is an elastomeric, UV stable, non slip polyurethane deck system.
