Security Keys
Facility keys that are secured in KeyWatcher tamper-proof electronic key cabinets can't be accessed without pre-approved authorisation. On entry, contractors simply log-in via a touch screen tablet to verify their identity through an online database of all your contractors, visitors or employees. Upon verification of their credentials and COC's the contractor is then photographed and issued with an authorised Visitor Label.

If they require keys to manage the site, they are sent a one-time-user PIN code by SMS to their registered mobile phone. This enables them with restricted access to certain pre-authorised keys, in the KeyWatcher to access their work area. On exit, contractors must return their keys to the KeyWatcher before logging out. In the event that keys have not been returned, an Email and SMS alert is sent to your security staff or other nominated recipients

Tracking Keys - Keys secured in the key cabinets are attached to a key fob that contains a chip which automatically records all access activity. Knowing exactly who accessed a key and at what time and date is valuable information that can help resolve unmanaged access or when investigating lost keys or stolen property.

Using a 4G interface within the Keywatcher cabinet to provide online access to our partners at Rapid Access Systems we can now integrate our entire range of Keywatcher electronic key cabinets to provide contractors, visitors or employees with remotely managed and authorised access to keys. This ensures that only inducted and compliant contractors are permitted entry.

We can even perform random breath testing of contractors or employees requiring facility and/or vehicle keys with the optional Rapid Alcolizer Interface, sending immediate alerts for positive readings to management via emails and SMS.
