Austral Bricks Riviera pavers star in award winning display at Sydney in Bloom Exhibition.

Austral Bricks was one of the star exhibitors at the Sydney in Bloom Exhibition held in the Sydney Domain, winning a silver award for outstanding garden design.

Austral Bricks joined forces with Art in Green Landscape Designers to create the "The Leisure Lounge" garden for the exhibition showcasing Riviera 300 series pavers, TerraCade and ColourBrick.

According to Brett Ward, Austral Bricks NSW Retail Sales & Marketing Manager, Sydney in Bloom provided thousands of visitors the opportunity to see the popular Austral Bricks' products, in a professionally landscaped environment.

"A beautiful garden was created using landscaping materials supplied by Materials in the Raw, with plants from Plantmark, lighting from Gardens At Night, a stone feature from Sareen Stone, and a large outdoor chess set by Yardgames. Spirit Level Design were the colour consultants for the display.

"Abstracartistry supplied garden sculptures, the bricklaying was done by Beachside Brick & Block Laying. ABC Trusses provided the framing timber and piers.

"Visitors were able to take a seat in the garden thanks to the Orson & Blake chairs whilst admiring the superb wine rack that was supplied by Di Bortoli wines."

The recently released large format Riviera pavers, now available in 300mm and 400mm sizes, had visitors to the Austral Bricks stand talking.

"Our Riviera pavers with their natural colours have taken the landscape industry by storm and attracted many visitors to our display.

"The versatile terracotta façade system - TerraCade - created quite a stir as a smart garden screening/fence for the display.

"The Terracade façade system was displayed for the first time last year in a landscape environment and the response was quite overwhelming. There are exciting developments ahead for TerraCade with new colours and sizes" said Brett Ward.

Austral Bricks ColourBrick, a revolutionary brick and mortar colouration system was also on display again. ColourBrick has brought a palette of 27 colours to homes around Australia giving a cost effective alternative to rendering or bag and paint finishes.

Brett Ward is delighted with this year's success of the Austral Bricks Sydney in Bloom display. The exhibition demonstrates the fascination home owners have with landscaping their homes to increase their aesthetic beauty and value.

"There is obviously a growing demand for colourful clay products for the garden. Austral Bricks has been a consistent developer of new products with exciting colours. Through our development program we are delivering contemporary and beautiful fashions to lead the trends in landscaping" Brett Ward added.
