Teamwork delivers for BDSi in Queensland

Richard Tooher of BDSi Queensland and Daryl Brooke of BDSi Victoria began the month of March 2006 by working together on a project for an importer of Motorhomes based in Maryborough, Queensland.

The company in question are in the process of acquiring ISO 9000 certification. The project was to review their current operations and systems to ascertain how ready they are and/or what needs to be done to ready them for ISO certification.

Richard and Daryl's experience and knowledge coupled with their systematic approach was invaluable in that process. Richard acknowledges there is no way he could have completed the job on his own and the client was very appreciative of the work undertaken so far and has signalled they will involve BDSi in further work.

This highlights one of the real values of working with the BDSi team. The knowledge and experience of each and everyone in the group can be brought to bear on a client's issues (as appropriate) to ensure a superior outcome for that client.
