Zac designed the shower walls in epoxy blue (no grout lines), floor hob white marble (no grout lines) and the splash back (no grout lines)in Darwin.

New Franchise owners, Yvette and Zac Garrett have a lot in common with Sexy Floors. In 2010, between them, Sexy Floors and Garrett Homes won, two out of the eight highly sought after HIA Greensmart Awards. Sexy Floors won in the category of 'Product Of The Year' and Garrett Homes won for excellence in 'Energy Efficiency'. The judges commented that the Garrett's won for their 'well integrated energy efficient home in a somewhat challenging area'.

Garrett Homes has a solid reputation in the industry for home design excellence. Zac Garrett is a third generation builder who has worked in the building industry for twenty years.

Zac believes in encouraging people to build sustainable homes incorporating alternative energy & water conservation.
