F.E.W Waterproofing Lift Pit Cloaking with Liquid Rubber Membrane

lift pit cloaking

Lift pits are notorious for leaking. They are usually below the floor slab level and often below the subsoil drainage system; therefore they can be subject to hydrostatic pressure. They are usually small, in difficult, often wet and confined working conditions.

We often see tanking externally from the base of the walls up. However this is not sufficient to stop hydrostatic pressure forcing water under the bottom edge of the membrane.

FEW Waterproofing Lift Pit Cloaking solves this problem by completely surrounding the pit; base, slab and walls, in one continuous membrane during construction of pit.

FEW Waterproofing Lift Pit Cloaking forms a complete system of protection impervious to moisture, saving time and expense of remedial works.
