The new ASB head quarters has been built at the North Wharf area of the extensive Viaduct Auckland Harbour redevelopment. This striking award winning open plan structure has special features that minimise the heating, cooling & clean air environmental costs.

Although not originally specified, Meadrain Supreme stainless steel edged channels from Hydro Construction Products were chosen to provide the 490 metres of surface drainage required for the building perimeters, parking and walkway areas. The stainless steel heelguard anti slip gratings were made without end bars, to meet the Architects requirements for an unbroken linear effect.
