External Blind Production Methodology from Sure Shade

The production of all Sure Shade blinds and louvres is undertaken in our showroom/factory complex.

The robotic machinery is the most advanced in the world of external blind production methodology. The robotic nature of production assures the strictest tolerances for perfect finish and fit.

Final inspection of the blinds in undertaken on high speed gantries with multiple/variable speed drives allowing front and rear inspection under high bright LED commercial lighting.

Three slat types/profiles are currently manufactured with new styles and types continuously research for future production.

Manufactured profiles are

• 100F (100mm crowned with flexible alloy)
• 80C (80mm crowned and rolled edge)
• 120S (120mm sinusoidal curved, radiused and rolled edge)

The factory also has welding, CNC and lathe machinery for speciality brackets and fitting production to suit architectural designs and requests.

External aluminium profiles are either clear anodise (25um), coloured anodise or powder coat to suit individual applications and environments.

Blinds/slats colours are lacquers - not powder coat - and colours available (dependent on profile type) in store ex. stock include:
silver, grey alu, bronze 1 & 2, white, grey white, off white, beige, anthracite, red, orange, pastel blue and black.

Any RAL colour can be selected and supplied for specialised requirements and projects.
