Globe Machines producing roof tile manufacturing machinery that is both the best and easiest to operate

Globe Machines Pty Ltd have been designing and manufacturing machinery for 30 years, predominantly for the concrete roof tile industry. Our association with the Swindell Dressler Group also allows us to offer expertise in the clay product manufacturing industry.

In addition to our involvement in the concrete roof tile industry we also design and manufacture other material handling equipment, ancillary equipment for the manufacture of PVC pipe, high speed machinery for the manufacture of concrete reinforcement support chairs and have been involved in many other mechanical and electrical design projects.

Production of concrete roof tiles is a high speed process where the machinery has to operate in a very harsh environment and because of the experience gained by our mechanical and electrical design engineers through years of involvement in this industry we have been able to confidently expand into other areas of design and/or manufacture.

We have supplied equipment and machines throughout Australia and New Zealand, and also to California, Arizona and Florida in the USA, South America, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Philippines, New Caledonia, Japan and Africa.

The following is a brief outline of what we offer with regards to Concrete Roof Tile equipment:

Our product range is extensive and covers tile production requirements from 2000 pieces per day through to 7,200 pieces per hour. We offer multi profile extruders, along with tile and rack handling systems to suit the various capacities, including automatic racking and curing. In addition, we offer colour slurry mixing and coating application equipment, together with tile top coat spray systems which can be either integrated with a new plant or adapted to suit existing tile plants. We also offer continuous concrete mixing systems and automatic tile stacking, packing and wrapping machines. In short, we can supply complete tile manufacturing plants or individual components depending on customer requirements.

In conjunction with the supply of machinery, Globe can offer assistance with installation and commissioning, together with technical know how in the manufacture of concrete roof tiles, factory and site layouts, design advice and after sales service and we carry a comprehensive range of spare parts.
