Schindler Lifts' Customer Scorecard - online access to your lift & escalator records


As a customer of Schindler Australia, you can now view up-to-date information on the maintenance and reliability of your lifts and escalators, directly from our web site.

With Schindler Customer Scorecard, you have a unique log-in name and password linked to the lifts in your portfolio. The Scorecard provides data on unscheduled service visits (call-backs), maintenance and repairs.

You can see the time, date and nature of any work performed, as well as graphs and statistics on the frequency of call-backs and problem determination.

You can even choose to receive e-mail notification if certain events occur such as a trapped passenger call, or anytime the total number of call-backs exceeds a preset monthly benchmark.
