Barry Tanner & Associates has been established and operating for over 15 years and specialises in project management (commercial construction), waterproof coatings, sealants, caulking and epoxy grouting.

Waterproofing Division
Predominantly servicing the CBD, Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island areas. We have carried out works on various projects from the very small to the very large which encompasses largely the building industry.

Our waterproofing works are extensive and include repair and rectification problems with the ingress of water into building structures usually found in foundations, basement walls, car parks, lift shafts, balconies, roof tops, etc.

We also carry out works to swimming pools (coatings, caulking, etc) water retaining structures and shower bases. We can further offer an extensive back up through our Programmed Maintenance Service.

We are approved applicators of a wide range of waterproofing and epoxy coating systems including Sika, Norcos, Parbury Technologies, Tremco and Epirez just to name a few.

With access and knowledge of a wide range of products we believe we are capable to handle and resolve all waterproofing projects whether it be an existing or new building large or small.
