Greener Lighting Solutions from Megaman Lighting Australia

Retail apparel brand Giordano is providing both greener lighting solutions and warmer comfortable shopping space to customers with Megaman efficient lighting solutions.

The change to Megaman meant complying to Building Code Australia (BCA) requirements of 25W/m2 and reducing energy consumption for new stores and retrofitting existing locations.

The Megaman lighting design used a range of lamp models in 25,000 hour LED's and 15,000 hours in downlights and track lights to achieve retail solution. Replacing inefficient incandescent and halogens with Megaman lighting solutions provided savings in 3 areas, reduced lamp replacements, saved energy cost and reduced labour maintenance costs. Saving energy consumption and reducing CO2 emissions also adds to any retailers bottom line.
