MagicGrip was engaged by the Dexus Property Group to undertake the anti-slip treatment of the Internal foyers and External tiled pedestrian areas at one of their flagship properties in Macquarie Park, namely 112-118 Talavera Road.

After consultation with both the property/building managers and slip testing and certifying company, MagicGrip was given the task to rectify the external tiles from its current Z rating (23 BPNs) to a W rating (> 45 BPNs) and to take the internal foyer tiles to the required X rating (> 35 BPNs).
