SVSR Mini Cranes have installed 47 state-of-the-art Sunscreen Louvres in a new building development at the University of Sydney.

The newest edition to SVSR's mini crawler fleet, the Maeda MC 405, has proven yet again that it is the most versatile, manouvreable and cost-effective Mini Crawler Crane on the market today.

Since being lifted onto the roof top of the University's new Engineering building 4 weeks ago, the Maeda 405 has carried out a number of challenging tasks, including steel beam erection and glass and curtain wall panel installation.

This amazing mini cranes latest achievement, the Installation of Sunscreen Louvres for Contractors Highlight Aluminium, comes as no surprise to SVSR Mini Crane's Project Manager, Scott Reynolds. Of the 405's versatility and performance he says;

Each of these sunscreen louvres weighs about 200-300 kgs, but we've got plenty of capacity to lift them into position; we've barely even had to reposition the crane on the roof top. We've saved Multiplex thousands of dollars since we've been here. This crane makes the impossible look easy".
