Foamular render substrate from Austech selected by Sun City Homes
Austech Building Products Queensland has recently supplied Sun City
Homes with Foamular Extruded Polystyrene to be used as a substrate for the external
rendered finish of their just completed Surf Lifesavers Art Union Prize Home at Pelican
Waters on the Sunshine Coast.
Sun City Homes Building Manager Benjamin Lebeter said "they build 4 homes a year for
the Lifesavers and Foamular was chosen for its excellent thermal values, ease of
installation and its water resistant properties."
