Custom Cafe Barriers from Instant Shade Umbrellas Custom Cafe Barriers to suit any requirement. The iconic Sidney Myer Music Bowl is an outdoor performance venue in Melbourne. It is located in the lawns and gardens of Kings Domain, close to the Arts Centre and the Southbank entertainment precinct. Listed on the Victorian Heritage Register, it has hosted outdoor concerts since 1959, including the famous Carols by Candlelight every Christmas Eve. In preparation for a busy Summer season, Instant Shade Umbrellas were engaged to manufacture sixteen 2m clear PVC cafe barriers, separating the under-cover seating and the lawn seating area. These clear barriers provide screening and separation while still allowing patrons to see through to the stage. In conjunction with the operators, the Victorian Arts Centre, these barriers were installed recently and will appear at all Music Bowl concerts going forward.
