Hand Coated Flooring from Renaissance Parquet Renaissance Parquet has had over 60 years experience on site coating timber floors and has used this to produce a range of pre coated solid and engineered flooring at our factory in Highett. Coating in this manner allows us to control colours exactly and gives us a greater range of colours we can produce. We offer a full range of textures including hand scraping, sandblasting, wire brushing and polished. The finish we prefer to use is the Rubio Monocoat 2c. We normally re-coat this after installation but it is not always necessary. Floors can be recoated in the future and the finish is low maintenance. The colour can be adjusted from a standard finish to suit each job and be applied to a number of difference sizes and grades of flooring. We use mostly 220mm wide, but can also coat up to 600mm wide and 6m long. By producing this in our local factory we are able to control the quality and produce orders on short notice.
