The residence, designed by Noela Coffey of Mageia Design, used Intrim SK497 skirting boards (230mm for downstairs, 185mm upstairs, and 115mm architraves), DAR 210×25, Intrim SN08 sill nosing, Intrim custom chair rail (created using a complimentary profile to SK146), Intrim IN32 inlay mould and IN11 inlay with Intrim CM36 cornice around the fireplace.
