THE AWARD-WINNING BLINDE DESIGN STITCH PLANTERS ARE A UNIQUE TWIST ON CONTEMPORARY PLANT POT STYLES. WITH THEIR SCULPTURAL SHAPE AND STITCHED EMBELLISHMENT, THEY ARE DESIGNED TO ADD VISUAL INTEREST TO OR TRANSFORM THE LOOK OF YOUR OUTDOOR AREA OR INDOOR ROOMS, WHETHER AT HOME OR THE WORKPLACE.

Combining tradition and technology; modern machining, handmade moulds, high-tech finishing and manual rope threading the 'Stitch' Pot combines elements of high craftsmanship and design features but is realised in mass manufacturing using a custom composition of green cement combined with 95% recycled natural materials.

Our Stitch plant pots come in three natural concrete colours, Graphite, Natural and Bone, with a selection of contemporary stitching colours. Their lightweight design makes them easy to move around. There are five different sizes to display potted plants for a fresh, natural look.

The Blinde Stitch Pots are designed to look relaxed, yet the tension from the ropes prevents them from looking lazy, sagging or melting. Its smooth rounded appearance makes it inviting to view or touch at the same time being a welcomed complement in the natural landscape and architectural settings. Its bellowing shape mimics a resting soft bag, a flowing form under the influence of gravity and its contents.

KEY FEATURES

• Its shape is simple yet detailed with its organic flowing shape containing no single area of symmetry; and each radius, bend in material, and lip edge are all highly detailed and elaborate.
• Function is simple, as it should be. Plants do not always have to be replanted into a new vessel. Its opening will fit most available 125L internal pots. In case of direct re-planting into a new vessel, use as per any pot plant with or without soft inner plastic lining.
• A low centre of gravity gives a sense of balance and stability; its continuous curves without a single edge visually touching the ground softens its concrete appearance making it less structural i.e. blocks, stump, or post.
• Rope options give it versatility; Earthy/neutral colours are available to live harmoniously within natural toned settings but also available to add a playful energetic pop/vibe into our modern artificial scenes.
• Coloured stitching brings life and pop to a concrete vessel, adds a break in the single material concrete body. Introduces certain amounts of customization in our pot planters; various colour choices are available to suit, personal preferences and spaces.
• Permanent Dyed cotton sash ropes for decorative highlights give it a soft natural aesthetic; wax coat weather-proofing protects it from degrading or dirtying outdoors.
• Uses Fluid Concrete Technology which delivers super fine, smooth naturally finished material in multiple colour options. Fluid coating also protects every exposed surface from water, scratch damage and the elements both indoors and outdoors.
• Large and cleverly placed drainage holes will ensure no water at any time will come out from its sides. Adequate draining is also vital as far as a pots function goes in order to keep plants healthy
