Guillotining
Hopleys Guillotines can cut material up to 4000mm long and 10 thick.

• Hopleys have 2 guillotines operated by First Class Sheetmetal personnel.
• Guilloting material up to 10mm thick.
• Guillotining material up to 4000mm in length.
• Hopleys supplied material or customer supplied material.

Bending

• Hopleys 200 tonne CNC controlled Press Brake.
• Hopleys have 5 Press Brakes which can fold to tight tolerances.
• Repetition folding undertaken.
• Folding material up to 10mm thick.
• Folding material up to 3600mm long.

Welding
Hopleys welding capabilities are Mig, Tig, Arc and Spot welding can all be undertaken.

• Mig Welding.

Ring Rolling
Hopleys Ring Roller can roll angle to 360 degrees, and material thickness of 10mm.

• Rolling of Angle.
• 75mm x 75mm x 8mm thick.
• Rolling of Flat 10mm thick.

Crane Material Handling
Hopleys 6 tonne Overhead Crane enables Hopleys to become involved in fabricating large scale projects.

• Fabrication of components for Process Air Preheater for Nestle Dennington plant.
• Fabrication of components for 3 signs at Crown Casino, shopping centres and corporate signage.
• Fabrication of window Frames for Fulham Correctional Centre.
• Fabrication of components for paint facility at Kenworth Trucks.

Hunt Lasercut operates in conjunction with Hopleys Sheetmetal, and can offer its customers a complete product manuafacturing process, from raw material to final product.
