MPS StreetPrint features at Beacon Hills Grange

Beacon Hills Grange is situated on Melbourne's south east growth corridors and is a premium location providing country lifestyle with modern and sort after amenities, such as shopping centre's, schools, colleges, show grounds, sports facilities and public transport.

The estate adjoins parklands and is nestled amongst gentle undulating hills with the opportunity for views, therefore much care and planning by DSL the developers and 21st Century Roads was required to provide a unique and attractive streetscape.

StreetPrint (a decorative surfacing system for asphalt) was the product of choice to fulfil the vision and expectations required for the project.

The project totaled 850m² of StreetPrint Pavement Texturing on entrance boulevards, roundabouts (with spoke type patterns) and threshold treatments. Various decorative patterns including the intricate Eurofan, Texas Cobble, and Offset Brick were used. MPS Paving (the Australian licensed distributors of StreetPrint) and the applicator Brick n Pave were happy to provide the finishing touch to this excellent development.
