Announcing a new product from Instant Shade Umbrellas - the This innovative product allows cafe umbrellas to be permanently installed, eliminating the need for bases, stands and weights. The system consists of two pieces - a sleeve that is installed in the ground and an adaptor that attaches to the umbrella. The sleeve has a spring-loaded stainless steel closing lid, so when the umbrella is removed it is flush with ground level. This removes trip hazards, which is why this device so loved by councils. The adaptor comes in two sizes and accommodates umbrella posts up to 40mm and 50mm in diameter. It can be easily removed from inground sleeve, but is can also be secured in place with a padlock.
