Stocklands Townsville is the largest shopping centre in the city of Townsville in Queensland. It is centrally located in the suburb of Aitkenvale within the urban area to serve the community. In 2012, Stocklands Townsville underwent a major $180-million redevelopment, leading to the opening of a new two-storey Myer department store, a new Woolworths, and dozens of specialty stores. And Unison Joints is proud to be part of this landmark project.

Unison Joints was enlisted by Laing O'Rourke - a multinational England-based construction company - which was awarded the contract from the client Stocklands Group. In collaboration with PDT architects, the Unison Joints team was responsible for the design, supply, installation and certification of cover plate systems, fireseals and waterseals across the development. The products provided by Unison Joints were approved by all major tenancies, namely Woolworths and Myers.
