The Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct.

The Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct (LHAP) is a $790 million redevelopment of Liverpool Hospital. They are resulting in expanded clinical & medical services, research and education sectors with public spaces & car parking.

LHAP redevelopment includes 900 new maternity and paediatric beds, an expanded emergency department and increased the capacity of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. It will feature a new Integrated Cancer Centre, facilities for teaching and research and upsize existing radiology, haematology, aged care and rehabilitation capabilities.

Although the project is still under construction, Unison has supplied a total of 1462 metres of various expansion joint systems. Consisting of seismic floor, wall, ceiling, roof and façade movement joint covers, including fire barrier seals for slabs and walls. Our fire seals are tested and certified to AS 1530.4, AS 4072.1 & BS 476.2
