The latest trends at Form & Function - 19-21 April

We would like to invite you to attend Form & Function 2007 - the must see industry event featuring the latest products, services and technologies available for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Form & Function 2007 is constantly building, with even more event supporters coming onboard to help make the Form & Function experience the most entertaining and informative yet. Once again Form & Function will be held in collaboration with The Royal Australian Institute of Architects, and co-located with the RAIA's Annual National Conference and designEX, Australia's premier exhibition for interior architecture and design.

Seminar Series
This year Form & Function will have two FREE seminar areas! The first seminar area will be set on the floor of the Form & Function exhibition, creating a buzz throughout the thousands of Form & Function visitors. The second seminar area will be set upstairs in the mezzanine, a more intimate environment where you will have a chance to listen to a range of speakers discussing the latest topics and trends from the building and architectural industries.

This year's Seminar Series is being supported by the biggest names in the industries:

  • Cement Concrete and Aggregates Australia.
  • National Precast Concrete Association Australia.
  • Pilkingtons.
  • James Hardie.

New Product Awards
New products and ideas are an important feature of Form & Function. The New Product Award recognises the most exciting and innovative products at the exhibition. In a highly competitive 2006 award, 'New Water' were proud to take home the prize with their product Aqua Reviva, an Australian-designed system that treats household grey water without the need for intrusive excavation.

One of the most original product entries already received for the 2007 awards is from the Taiyo Membrane Corporation. On January 1st this year Taiyo released an innovative, self cleaning and heat preventive material. The new Ti02 membrane provides effective cooling through its reflective properties whilst using the sun's UV rays in conjunction with its titanium coating to produce a self cleaning membrane. Sure to be popular in the building industry throughout 2007, the Ti02 will be on display in the 2007 New Product Awards.
