Despite a long and exhausting search, Architects Bates Smart were unable to source a high-end stainless steel undermounted sink that was both stylish and practical; and most importantly, to the exact size specifications they required.

At this point, Britex was engaged to co-design and fabricate a sink that incorporated modern square lines, with rounded internal bowl cornersto allow for ease of cleaning.

The end result was the supply of more than 80 fully custom fabricated stainless steel sinks that are fitting of Australia's finest residential development that included one of the most expensive apartment ever sold in Australia ($18.2 million).

During later stages of the project, Britex was also contracted to custom manufacture stainless steel shower channel drains in each of the apartments.
