The world leader in access solutions, EJ designed the CAMO™ infill access cover and frame to withstand the highest level of traffic flows on paved landscapes, malls, and other pedestrian areas.

What makes CAMO™ clever?

The CAMO™ infill access cover and frame system is composed of industrial-strength steel that has been coated with protective zinc. The zinc coating deters the contact of corrosive substances from the external environment to the base metal. It also functions as a sacrificial anode on the occasion that the coating has been scratched, in which the remaining layer of zinc will be exposed first in preference to the structure. Ultimately, the zinc coating of the infill access cover corrodes first to protect the underlying steel in the long run.

The generous 600mm x 600mm clear opening can be bolted down to the frame for heavy-duty security. CAMO™ is tested to AS3996, the Australian standard load classifications and Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) specification. The CAMO™ access cover has registered to Load Class C that ensures support to medium loads of 5,000kg nominal wheel loads, and an ultimate limit state design load of 150kN. Contractors can refer to the AS3996 markings on the product.
