Non-Toxic Countertop Oil for Artistic Furniture from Livos Australia

Denzil Stephenson, Director of Livos Australia, recently presented a stand at 'Tools & Techniques 2020' conducted by the Sturt School for Wood, Mittagong. At the workshop, Denzil was met by Kanun Onsel, a frequent user of Livos products. During the discussion Denzil mentioned our plans to publicise our users works, and this week we received this submission from Kanun.

Angular Coffee Table and Angular Duo Vases

Kanun is an artistic furniture designer and maker. All his pieces are original and uniquely made, in making the vases Kanun used KUNOS Countertop Oil #243 from Livos on the base of his vases and the base of the coffee table.

He described his process as follows; "I used Livos' Kunos Countertop Oil. Being natural and non-toxic, I find the range very easy to use. After sanding my pieces dust free and ready for application, I apply the oil with a small cotton cloth in circular motion following the grains. I allow for a day to dry then apply a second coat. This, I find, is enough for me to give my work a complete finish look I desire."
