Telstra Health has recently announced that it is ceasing all investment, development, and support for its Community Care products, with less than 18 months' notice to affected providers. Hundreds of providers will be forced to replace the Telstra Health community care systems, which, for many years, have been on a steady decline.

Telstra Health provides three main solutions that organisations need to find replacements for. These are:

1. Telstra Community Connect
2. Telstra Comcare
3. Telstra TCM and Telstra HCM or Home Care Manager
