The Gorter WAEI Floor Door is a flushed, automatic-locking fire-resistant door rated to provide fire resistance for up to 120 minutes and smoke tightness of R-180 (KOMO: SKG.0372.0488). This hinged floor door offers safe and practical access to the below areas while providing a fire-resistant seal to the room above when closed.

The integrity of the Gorter WAEI Floor Door has been assessed by Efectis according to EN1634-1, EN13501-2, AS1530-4 and BS 476-22:1987.

Supplied in four (4) standard sizes, the Gorter WAEI Floor Door can also be specified to sizes up to 1000 x 2000 mm. And depending on the size and application for its use, WA types of floor doors can be combined with an extension ladder, a fixed stair, or a fixed vertical ladder. A scissor stair may also be used in some scenarios.
