Matrix Industries Products "MB" series for Masonry Wall Ties & "SB" series for Stud Wall Ties

All Matrix Industries products provide structural support while reducing transmission of structure borne noise and vibration. They are available in a range of materials, the most common being galvanised or stainless steel. Stainless steel ties are recommended for use in coastal or industrial locations (check with your council or building inspector).

"MB" series for Masonry Walls
The MB range of resilient wall ties are a structural connection that reduces airborne and impact noise passing through masonry walls. They are particularly suitable when the discontinuous construction is required for separating walls of apartments, duplexes and any specialised room that requires high acoustic isolation such as cinemas, auditoriums, plant rooms and recording studios.

"SB" series for Stud Walls
The SB range of stud ties is providing a solution to the problem of stricter council regulation pertaining to noise transmission through common party walls in new apartment blocks. Our product range has been specifically designed and tested to meet these new standards and is suited to both timber and steel framing.
