The developer Thompson Adsett, has designed this modern style aged care facility using the Scyon Matrix cladding that Enhances energy efficiency. When Scyon Matrix cladding is used with the right insulation (and in accordance with James Hardie's Wall System Thermal Performance Total R-Values Technical Supplement), an R-value of up to 3.4 can be achieved for the wall. The ability to use a cavity construction system adds to energy efficiency and helps moisture management.

The James Hardie Scyon Matrix is an exterior cladding system with geometric, expressed joint look. Fast and simple to install, Scyon Matrix cladding is a commercial look without the commercial price tag.
