Wire Balustrade and Glass Pool Fence from Miami Stainless

When we put the offer out to our customers to share their projects with us for our Free Professional Photography promotion we couldn't go past this stunning wire balustrade decking and glass pool fencing project constructed by Custombuilt Homes.

Located in the leafy Perth suburb of Darlington, this project is much more than initially meets the eye, as Gary from Custombuilt Home explains; "The homeowner has a growing family and this new extension to their property is actually a pool house for their children. They wanted a functional area where the kids can enjoy hanging out with friends, have sleepovers and chill out in the pool."

To counter the sloping land the design incorporated a number of deck areas, linking the house to the pool and the pool house. And as the builder known as 'the difficult site specialists', Custombuilt Homes was the perfect choice for the job.

In keeping with the natural landscape, the decks consisted of hardy natural timber flooring with timber posts. The balustrade was finished with a Jaw Swage Bottlescrew System courtesy of Miami Stainless on the Gold Coast, for an easy to maintain balustrade that can withstand the harsh Western Australia summers.

With an amazing infinity edge pool the owners wanted an unobstructed view so chose frameless glass pool fencing, fixed with 2205 Grade Stainless Deck Mounted Steel Spigots, supplied again by Miami Stainless. With the streamline wire balustrade and the glass pool fencing, the stunning pool can be enjoyed from any location on the property.
