It effectively prevents the spread of moulds and odour causing bacteria on its surface in areas, such as walls, ceilings, pipes and interior/exterior surfaces of HVAC duct systems, and provides a tough, elastic, decorative finish that allows for movement without splitting and creating lodging places for bacteria.

Foster® First Defence™ 40-80 is an EPA Registered formulation, a full strength disinfectant, and comes in a convenient ready-to-use dilution. Foster First Defence 40-80 has been evaluated in the presence of 6% serum by the AOAC Use-Dilution test and found to be effective against broad spectrum of gram-negative and gram-positive organisms.

Foster First Defence 40-80 is ready-to-use and does not require end-users to work with a corrosive or dangerous concentrate.
