The Thermomass building insulation system is used extensively in precast or tilt-up concrete wall panels for building applications such as schools, warehouses, factories, shopping centres, multi-level residential and domestic housing, correctional facilities, universities etc. The composite CONCRETE/STYROFOAM/CONCRETE wall has the insulating qualities of concrete more than 1 metre thick with the inner concrete wall whose temperature has been adjusted to that desired for the purpose of the building. It is shielded and insulated from the outside world by the Styrofoam core in the concrete wall.

Goldfoam Extruded Polystyrene Insulation is a high performance, CFC-free, environmentally friendly and energy efficient rigid foam board used for thermal insulation of roofs, walls and floors. The closed cell structure of Goldfoam gives maximum resistance to water or moisture. Its long term performance in thermal efficiency remains unaffected by moisture. Goldfoam contains fire-retardant additive to inhibit ignition from a small scale fire and is light weight for easy handling and can be easily cut with a knife or a saw.
